Gloss on the Go- CANCELATION POLICY

BOOKING & DEPOSITS

  • 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure date
  • Final payment due 7 days before event
  • Contract must be signed upon booking

CANCELLATION TERMS

  1. Client Cancellation:
  • 30+ days before event: Full refund minus deposit
  • 14-29 days before event: 25% of final payment refundable
  • 7-13 days before event: No refund, credit for future booking valid for 6 months
  • Less than 7 days: No refund or credit
  1. Guest Count Changes:
  • Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days prior
  • No refunds for decreased guest count after final count
  • Additional guests may be added up to 48 hours before (subject to capacity)
  • Additional guest fees due immediately upon approval
  1. Weather/Emergency Policy:
  • Indoor location must be provided as backup
  • If event needs to be rescheduled due to severe weather:
    • One-time free reschedule within 60 days
    • Subject to availability
    • Must be requested 24 hours in advance
  1. Date Nite Beaute Cancellation:
  • Full refund including deposit if we cancel
  • Alternative date offered if available
  • Compensation options discussed case-by-case
  1. Late Start:
  • Events starting late due to client/guests will be extended at a $50 extra charge for 30 min. An extra hour is $150.
