Where is my order?

If you have not received your order please check your tracking number first. It has either been emailed to you with the email provided or the phone number you have listed. If you still can not find your order, please email us at datenitebeaute@gmail.com and we will help you with your tracking number.

When will my order ship out?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days Monday - Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included.

Orders placed after Friday 11A CST through Sundays are sent out the following Monday. It will not be unusual if an order placed on a Friday after 11A be placed in a mail carrier that same afternoon or Saturday morning. The actual shipping process, although would be out of our control. 

When does my product expire?

On the box, your product states please use the product before expiration date. Most start, after opening as well.
