In the case a product(s) is damaged upon arrival, customer service is our top priority, please email us within 48 hours of receiving a shipment with a photo of damaged goods at datenitebeaute@gmail.com. In regards to allergic reactions to any of our products, we ask that an allergy test be administered on a small area of your body before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Although we pride ourselves in the selection process to bring you amazing and quality products, in the case of an adverse reaction to using any product sold on datenitebeaute.com or in person, we will not be responsible and therefore no refunds will be made.
